Very bad service. It was my first night after marriage, I spoke to customer care that kindly do the needful we are ready to pay extra but no response at all. On our stay we found no toiletries even after informing at reception thrice. Second day in the morning me and my husband left the room locked and handed over key at reception for cleaning the room. We were at shock when we returned to our room at 12 at night and we found room was unlocked leaving without cleaned at all. Then we stood outside of our room for half an hour for waiting to get room cleaned. They really gave a very bad service. I would have given a zero rating if there was such option

The room cleaning was not upto the mark. There was leakage in bathroom. The window was not closing and hence outside noise was coming inside. Linen was old. Cover of quilt was torn. Bedside table on one side was broken. My wife did not like it at all and she fought with me whole night. No value for money.

Rooms were fine, but Airconditioner was not cooling the room, even at 16°, it felt like 26. Poor room service, they took hours to deliver food and even basic things like soap after repeated calls and requests. Better than OYO, still not worth the money you paying for the rooms and services.

Not even an average room...dirty linen , no handwash in bathrooms, broken switches, noisy place ....Not a place of choice at all

Very very bad service, No parking available in hotel, kitchen food staff is very slow, We did not recommend to anyone to stay even a single night. Really very bad experience!

Room: The rooms are fine but the bedsheet was dirty. Service: No toiletries were provided at all. There was constant sound of music coming through the night and it only stopped when I finally complained. However, it again started early morning, ruining my sleep. I had booked breakfast but they forgot sending it even though I reminded them. Also, everytime I returned to the hotel from outside I was asked whether I stay there and which room, never faced this anywhere. Location: Okay since close to the metro station

Please note - No signboards outside the property. Just make sure to find "Kidzee school board". The property is situated inside of a commercial place. One can reach here easily through Google maps. The staff is courteous, lifts work well. One bottle is complimentary for the day. The bed mattresses are in a good condition. You may ask the staff for doing the bed before checking in if there's a need. (7/10) Toiletries are provided to you at the time of check in which includes some sachets of shampoo and soap Food - Had paneer parantha, egg parantha and aloo pyaz parantha with chai. I'll give a 6 out of 10 to food because of the size of the paranthas. Food service - super fast. 10/10 Value for money - 8/10 Tip- find the best deals on their official page

Pathetic room. Card key was not working. Dirty bedsheets, no towels were provided. AC didn't work. Was asked to manage somehow. Only good thing was washroom was clean but jet spray was broken. Overall DON'T BOOK. Room was very dirty
